Please Note – A word of advice:
Please double check your autoship orders
on the day you have chosen for your Autoship Rewards Order Day.
We have been made aware of those who missed out on the FREE monthly product promotion,
because an item they had placed on their order early on in the month, was sold out and thereby
became “out of stock” and therefore was taken off their autoship order at time of shipping.
As a result, their autoship order “PV” was not enough to quality for the FREE products.
We do not want this to happen to you!
Therefore, if we as members, take personal responsibility to double check our autoship order
on the day we have chosen, we will not be disappointed!
If, by some chance a product is out of stock, which you had included in your autoship order,
there will be a reminder window that pops up saying that an item
was taken off your autoship order due to being out of stock,
so please check your order to verify you have the correct “PV” for qualification purposes.
(Wording may be a little different, but the meaning is the same).
Also, please remember, if you are trying to qualify for a specific rank for commission payout,
you must have correct “PV” that meets that rank qualification.
If an item is out of stock, it will be taken off your autoship,
which may cause your “PV” to drop below the needed amount
and you may not achieve your correct ranking and you may NOT receive a commission check.
Those who have Credit Cards on file with Young Living, please check your expiration date!
If you receive a new card from your credit card company with a new expiration date,
please remember to change it with Young Living.
(You can call Young Living or log into your account through the internet and make the change in your “Profile”.
Now you should be set for your orders to go.
This Expiration Date is very important, if Young Living does not have the correct date,
YOUR CREDIT CARD PAYMENT WILL BE DECLINED AND YOUR ORDER WILL NOT GO THROUGH!
(FYI: Young Living will run the card a second time, sometimes that works if there has been a system glitch,
but if declined again, they will try to call or email asking you to contact them.
If you don’t contact them, the order is canceled.
*****I usually catch several each month that this happened to, some I have been able to contact early enough and they were able to take care of this issue. *****
Thereby the reason for this REMINDER....Heads UP!
(I make a note to myself on my desk calendar as to when my Credit Card date will expire,
making note to change Expiration Date with Young Living.)
I make this explanation because I have been one of those that forgot to change it with YL
and then wondered why my order didn’t’ go through when I checked the downline viewer...Experience Talking
If we can be more proactive by watching out for ourselves as well as others in our group,
we may help others to NOT miss out on their FREE products or their commission checks!

but to be able to do so twice in a given month. Just place an order for 190 PV, 250 PV or 300 PV and
you will receive the FREE products to experience monthly, or to share with others.
Remember there is a SPECIAL FREE product for those who place an Essential Rewards Autoship Order!!
If you place a second, regular order, the Special Free Product for Rewards Orders will not be included.
But all the other FREE products will be included for that month.
If you are not enrolled in the Essential Rewards, you will still receive the FREE products,
but you will not receive the Special Free Essential Rewards product.
Remember, you may join the Essential Rewards Autoship Program at any time.

You can change the products you want each month and you can make changes throughout the month up to the 11:45pm of the day you have chosen for your autoship date!!
There is no added cost to sign up for the Essential Rewards Autoship Program and you can choose the day you want your autoship to download!
By participating in Young Living’s FREE Monthly promotions, you have the opportunity of receiving products you may not have tried before. What a great way to learn and to share.
